We offer "free play" times Wednesdays from 1:00-2:00 at the beginning of August-end of May.  Open gym time is a time period we offer for your little athlete to come and enjoy our facility without the structure of an actual class.  Open gym time is $8.00 per child.

                    Drop-Ins

If you are interested in having your child try out gymnastics but aren't sure how they are going to respond, you are welcome to try out a class on a "drop-in" basis.  We can allow a one time drop-in in a level appropriate class for $15.00 for Parent/Child and preschool classes and $20 for all other classes, per child.

Level 1
Level 1

Level 1 is for beginner school aged children. Students learn the basics of gymnastics on bars, beam, floor, trampoline and vault.

Development

This is a class for younger students who show the ability to learn skills fast, focus and work hard. This is a level 2 and 3 class in which prepares the students for Excel team.

Ninja Gym

Ninja Gym is a class for students to move away from the technique of gymnastics and get strong becoming a Ninja Warrior. Much like the show American Ninja Warrior the students will learn how to tumble, flip, swing, climb and much more. 

Level 1
Level 2

Level 2 is for students 5 and up who have progressed past the basics of gymnastics and are able to gain more strength and learn many more tumbling passes, bar skills and apply the basics of gymnastics to other apparatuses such as the beam and vault.

Teen Tumble

Teen Tumbling is a great class for dancers and cheerleaders who want to learn specific tricks for their other sports. This class is focused on learning fundamentals of tumbling to get the student strong and then helps each student individually gain the tricks they want to focus on.

Aerial Arts

Aerial Arts is a class using aerial silks. This class is for all ages...even adults! Learn how to climb, stretch, move and dance in the beautiful silks while working out and gaining strength. 

Level 2
Level 3 & 4

Level 3 & 4 is an advanced class for students who have perfected the basics of gymnastics and are ready to work hard and focus on high level tricks on each piece of equipment. Gymnasts who have a desire to be on team will prepare for the skills they need to gain a spot on the Excel team.

Excel Team

Team is a class for dedicated gymnasts that have progressed to level 3 and above. The gymnasts work hard on perfecting technique, learning new skills, learning routines on bars, beam, floor and vault and performing them at competitions during the start of the each year.
